AstreaAlpha_PC_v0.43.62_Dev: Nerfed the increase amount from 3 to 2. Beta v1.1.363: Buffed the increase amount from 2 to 4. v1.2.313: Nerfed the increase amount from 4 to 3 and changed the Blessing into a Star Blessing, and removed the Obscure to all enemies drawback.
