This page lists all the run modifiers available in the game.

Anomaly

Level Effect
1 Increase non-Bosses' Max Corruption.
2 Increase Bosses' Max Corruption.
3 Enemies' abilities are harder.
4 At the start of each battle, add 1 Wound Hex Die into your draw pool.
5 At the start of each battle, apply 1 Death Bomb to all enemies.
6 Every 3 turns, apply Shadow Mantle to all targets.
7 Increase non-Bosses' Max Corruption.
8 Increase Bosses' Max Corruption.
9 You receive 1 Corruption every 6 times you play an action. This Corruption is not affected by any Corruption modifier, but it can be blocked.
10 Enemies' abilities are even harder.
11 Fight 2 Bosses in a row at the end of each chapter. Recover all your Hearts and receive rewards only after the second Boss Battle.

Astrea

Level Effect
0 Don't enter Astrea's Heart. (You win the run if you defeat the Ground Zero Boss.)
1 Enter Astrea's Heart.
2 Increase Corrupted Oracles' and Astrea's Max Corruption.
3 Corrupted Oracles' and Astrea's abilities are harder.
4 Increase Corrupted Oracles' and Astrea's Max Corruption.
5 You don't recover all your Hearts when Corrupted Oracles' and Astrea's Avatar are defeated.
6 Face 2 Corrupted Oracles before facing Astrea.
7 Face all Corrupted Oracles before facing Astrea.

Custom

Icon Name Effect
Customized Opening Draft your starting pool without skipping dice.
Sealed Pool Draft your starting dice pool from 30 random dice.
The Chosen Pool Draft 30 dice at the start of the run, you can't receive dice during the run, but you can receive Epic Dice yielded on Boss Battles and dice from events.
Restless Journey You have 5 Hearts, all Shrines are broken, and Bosses don't recover Hearts.
Azure Aurora Only Safe Die will appear as a dice reward.
Crimson Aurora Only Risky Die will appear as a dice reward.
Emerald Aurora Only Balanced Die will appear as a dice reward.
Shiny Aurora Only Epic Die will appear as a dice reward.
Reliable Eight Add 8 copies of a single random non-Epic and non-Starter Die into your dice pool.
Black Star Star Blessings are replaced by Black Hole Blessings.
Shiny Black Hole Black Hole Blessings are replaced by Star Blessings.
Chaotic Beginning Starting dice pool is replaced with 30 random non-Epic and non-Starter Die.
Golden Room Starting dice pool is replaced with random Epic Die.
Stellar Paradox Whenever you add a die to your dice pool, add 2 additional copies.
Broken Forge Forge Shop map locations are replaced with Star Shards map locations.
Cursed Forging Forged dice can't be duplicated.
Dice Hoarder Dice can be skipped when choosing a dice reward.
Diceless Anomaly Black Hole Blessings that increase your dice draw amount per turn won't appear during the run.
Fatal Jinx All Risky Die rewards come with 1 Dissolve Life action forged face.
Heartless Oracle You have only one Heart and all Shrines are broken.
Malfunctioning Sentinels Broken Sentinels are only repaired at the end of the battle.
Meissa's Commission Forge Shops are 50% more expensive.
Sentinel Shops are 25% more expensive.
Epic Shops are 25% more expensive.
Monstrous Vitality Increase enemies' Max Corruption by 100%.
Chronic Injuries Whenever you shuffle your dice pool, add 4 Wound Hex Die into your draw pool.
Cursed Inventory At the start of each battle, add a collection of different Hex Die into your discard.
Grim Exchange At the start of each battle, apply Reinforced to all enemies equal to 30% of their Max Corruption.
Enemies have 50% less Max Corruption.
Hungry Horde At the start of each battle, apply 1 Dice Gorger to a random enemy.
Misty Cloak At the start of each battle, apply Infinity Hidden to all enemies.
Pointy Mutation At the start of each battle, apply 1 Thorn to a random enemy.
Survival Instinct At the start of each battle, apply 2 Outbreak to all enemies.
Unexpected Reflex At the start of each battle, apply 6 Unpredictable to all enemies.
Virtue Eaters At the start of each battle, apply 5 Virtue Eater to a random enemy.
Virtueless Start the run without Virtues.
Blessed Path All battles yield an additional Star Blessing.
Dicesmith Fever Dice rewards have their worst face that are not a Dissolve Life action forged with a random action.
Goddess Trickery Mandatory Actions don't need to be played to end your turn.
Mysterious Adventure Star Shard map locations are replaced with Unknown map locations.
Overcharged Sentinels Sentinels come with Infinity Boost.
Star Shower Gain double Star Shards.
Apian Winds At the start of each battle, gain 50 Dodge.
Gift from the Past At the start of the run, gain a random Oracle Mask.
Mask Salesman At the start of the run, gain all Oracle Masks.
Stellar Heritage Start the run with 3000 Star Shards. Don't gain any Star Shards during the run.
Star Shards map locations are replaced with random non-Golden Chest map locations.
Time Distortion Don't discard dice from your hand at the end of the turn.
