Purging Incense is a Star Blessing.
Description
Every 2 Hex Die you play, destroy that die instead of discarding it.
Interactions
Playing a Hex Die's Purge action does not use up the effect of Purging Incense, and does not reset its counter, so the effect of the blessing cannot be "wasted" on a Hex Die that would have been destroyed anyway.
This blessing is the only way for Oracles other than Moonie to destroy 
Decayed Hex Dice.
