Celestial Dew is a Star Blessing.
Description
Whenever you deal Critical with a Safe Die, Hex Die, Confuse action of any type, Random Confuse action or Random Purify action, increase its Critical multiplier by 2 for each matched criteria.
History
v1.1.565: added Hex and Random Confuse to the list, and buffed the effect to give 2 Critical Multiplier per matched criteria instead of a flat +2.
